What’s the Story

I had needed braces since I was a teenager, but kept putting it off for various reasons. Over the years my teeth became steadily worse with overbite, crowding and misalignment. I finally had to do something to prevent further damage, so I did lots of research and consulted with a few places, but none seemed right for me. Finally I went to Orthodontic Excellence, and I knew I had found the place! Dr. Helena and Dr. Paula developed a plan for me and explained everything thoroughly to be sure I understood the process beforehand.

Everyone was so friendly to me; they made me feel like I really mattered, not like I was just another number. They had just the right way of easing my anxiety, while at the same time impressing me with their skillfulness and professionalism. They followed me through my full course of treatment and made sure I was following instructions to ensure the best possible results.

I have already received many great compliments on my new smile, and I now have a newfound confidence in myself that was missing before. Also, the pain in my mouth and jaws from misaligned bite is gone now. I never thought I would actually enjoy going to the doctor, but with OE I did. I am so thankful for all OE has done for me!
